I had been after a certain trainer for a long while, which had been sold out everywhere and when I saw StockX had listed FootDistrict had them in stock I went to read reviews as I had not heard of the brand..
I will gladly say I do not agree with any of these negative reviews. I called customer service to enquire about my product and mentioned the bad reviews and that I was concerned to purchase - the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and did her upmost to reassure me that there would be no issues.
I ordered the shoes which were sent from the store/warehouse in Barcelona to London, which arrived the next day!! The shoes were in prime brand new condition and I absolutely love them.
I rarely write reviews but felt this was was warranted given the poor reviews listed here. I would definitely a) purchase through FootDistrict again and b) highly recommend them!
Do not buy from them, they don't give a single f*** about customers.
They made a lot of people wait for the release of a limited Jordan for a whole day by announcing they will release them later on that day.
In the end they just didn't release them.
Scam!!!
Worst marketing stunt I have ever seen.
You are having the privilege to sell limited shoes but instead of raising your popularity you scare potential customers away

Shouldn't be allowed to sell hype shoes.
Have to be a "Verified User" to purchase the hype.
Which it seems is only given to friends and family of the store.

Customer service is horrible, they take months to reply and when they do they only send you an scripted message.
Their customer service is stuck on my case for almost 2 months now. They don't reply to messages and even if the reply by mail, they copy paste the last message they sent you.
I ordered shoes from this company, yeezy 350 V2 ash pearl to be specific. The shoes were delivered to the US in 3 days. 1 shoe was damaged! A huge cut/rip in them. Thank god I paid through PayPal. So I currently have an open case with PayPal. Trying to get my money back. I only bought from this company because @Solelinks posted them. So I assumed it was a trustworthy company! Super upset and hopefully I get my money back! SCAMMERS!!
Very bad shopping experience. they do not have the stocks of the site updated, they did not send me the data for ATM payment, they take a long time to respond and after 7 days I still couldn't make a purchase that should take a few minutes.

I ordered something from foot district over 3 weeks ago to the UK. They posted it but since then it has been lost in the UPS network because they didn't put the correct details on the package, or pay the correct tariffs for Brexit. My parcel has been to the UK and has then been sent back and is now lost somewhere in Barcelona. UPS are fairly useless too as they don't have much to say and just tell me to contact my sender. I have tried phoning Foot District and the answer phone says they do not take phone calls currently and to contact them via email. They have also ignored my emails for weeks now. This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and the first time I've bothered writing a negative review. If you are planning on buying something from this company I would advise not to. I have also noticed on social media that plenty of other people have experienced the same thing but have then had their comments deleted. This is a dodgy ass company so do not use them regardless of where you live. I payed using PayPal so will now make a claim.
Bad experience. Received two different shoes and it took a very long time to get this sorted. Would not recommend this site.
having read the reviews on trustpilot i was a little dubious especially being a uk buyer of ordering.Well life is full of suprises and i couldnt of been more pleased with my purchase.Been trying to source this shoe for ages ,ordered on thursday and delivered on following monday-great service ,only niggle was i didnt receive an email confirmation,i only got one upon an email to customer service-reply to which was swift and courteous. thanks Foot district
I ordered an item there that supposedly should have been delivered within 48-72 hours. After more than 10 days, 5 ignored emails, an open PayPal case and of course money that has already been debited, nothing has happened yet. My order status had first changed to "PayPal Reversed", which means that the item is no longer available. Interestingly enough, 3 days after I ordered the item, I still saw it on the page as "Available". Now these honest people (sarcasm) have simply deleted my order and I can no longer find it under my account. To me the whole thing looks like a scam. If I had paid with a credit card, my money would now be gone for good. I am hoping that PayPal will resolve this in my favor. Please do not order there! You're being ripped off.
